Hardware
Sensors, energy meters, gateways and controllers — selected, installed and commissioned by our own field engineers. Where a standard device does not fit, we design and build our own.

SYNFRA builds the hardware and the software: sensors, meters and gateways on the shop floor, dashboards and ERP in the office, installed by our own engineers. See your factory’s energy use and machine downtime live within 30 days — with the data kept in the Kingdom.
Three fields. An engineer calls you back within one working day.
Meters sit on panels nobody reads. Machines stop and the reason is written on a whiteboard. The ERP is fed by hand on Thursday afternoon. The equipment is there; the layer that turns it into decisions is not. That layer — the hardware on the floor and the software above it — is what we build.
Three things most suppliers sell separately. We deliver them as one project, with one team responsible for the result.

Dashboards, alarms, reports and the ERP behind them: production, maintenance, stock and cost in one system, with AI assistants that answer questions from your own data.
The part nobody owns: connecting old PLCs, existing meters and the ERP you already run, so the number on the screen matches the number on the invoice.
Every SYNFRA project is scoped across the same four layers, so the interfaces between them are ours to close — not yours.
Sensors, meters, actuators, cabling and containment on the equipment itself.
Fieldbus, industrial Ethernet, LoRaWAN and cellular gateways carrying the data out of the plant.
PLC, SCADA and BMS logic — existing systems integrated, new ones added where needed.
Dashboards, alarms, reports and analytics that people actually act on.
Defined scope, defined timeline, fixed price after a free assessment. Start with one, extend later.
Live energy per line and machine downtime with reasons, on one screen, thirty days after the site visit.

Offices, hospitals, campuses, hotels and government buildings — made legible to the people who run them.
Private-sector factories in the industrial cities — instrumented for uptime, energy and traceability.
Pump stations, reservoirs, treatment plants and district cooling — supervised from one room.
Critical power, cooling and access, monitored to the rack — a core discipline for our team.
Terminal systems, highway and tunnel systems, and the interfaces between them.
Warehouses, cold stores and vehicles — temperature proven, not assumed.

Solutions we design, install and commission ourselves.
Every feeder, tenant and machine reads to one screen — with the meters you already have where possible.
Vibration, temperature and current on rotating equipment, trended long enough to see a failure coming.
Supervisory control for pump stations, treatment plants, tunnels and distributed assets — designed in-house.
BMS supply, extension and integration — with the existing head-end kept in service.
Level, flow, pressure, temperature, humidity, air quality — measured where the process actually is.
Production, maintenance, stock and cost in one open-source ERP — fed by the machines and meters on the floor, queried by an AI assistant.
Electronics, firmware, enclosure and cloud — designed and produced when no standard device fits your need.
Credentialed access, video and intrusion brought into one operations picture with fire and BMS.
One screen per role — operator, engineer, owner — built on the data already flowing.
AC and DC charging with load management, metered and integrated into the building’s electrical picture.
We walk the asset with the operator, photograph every panel and list what already reports, what could, and what must not be touched.
A written scope with device schedule, network topology and an interface register. Nothing is priced that was not read.
Field devices, containment, networks and gateways installed by our own crews; existing PLCs, meters and BMS integrated over their native protocols.
One ITP per system, hold points signed at the point of test, dashboards proven against real equipment before handover.
Named callout contact through the defects liability period; optional operation and analytics support after it.
Software alone does not transform a site. Someone has to pull the cable, mount the sensor, land the terminations and witness the test. We do that part too — and we write the software that reads it.
Our own electricians and technicians carry the field work under one programme and one test plan, so the data arriving at the dashboard has a name against every cable.
We integrate the meters, PLCs and systems already on site before proposing anything new. Replacement is a last resort, not a business model.
Wholly Saudi-owned, registered and insured to trade and employ in the Kingdom. One counterparty, one invoice, one warranty.
Platforms are hosted on Saudi cloud regions or on your own servers. You keep the data, the credentials and the source code; you can take the system in-house at any time.
Almost never. We survey what is installed first and connect to it over its native protocol. New devices are added only where the picture has a hole, and replacement is proposed only when the existing equipment cannot be read at all.
On a Saudi cloud region, or on servers inside your own building if you prefer. You hold the accounts, the credentials and the source code, and can take the system in-house at any time.
A free site assessment first, then a written fixed price for a defined scope. Monthly support and hosting is a flat fee with no hidden licence costs. Nothing is priced that has not been read on site.
Field work is planned in windows agreed with production — shift changes, weekends, planned shutdowns. Most points are wireless or clamp-on and take minutes per machine.
SYNFRA’s own field engineers and technicians, under one programme and one test plan. Every point is commissioned against a reference before it appears on a dashboard.
Yes. The ERP we deploy is open-source, ZATCA e-invoicing is built in, and we integrate with existing accounting, banking and payroll systems over their APIs.
A named engineer through the support period, alarm monitoring, monthly reports, and a roadmap for the next package if you want one. You are never locked in.
Send the name of the factory or building and what you want to see on the screen. An engineer replies within one working day with a first view on scope, and books the free site visit.
