Company

A Saudi company registered and insured to trade and employ Kingdom-wide, carrying field-systems and low-current packages as one contract.

Founders’ statement

The company was established to close a gap we have both worked around for years. On most projects, electrical, mechanical, low-current and instrumentation systems are bought as separate packages, and the client or main contractor absorbs the interface between them.

We formed the company to carry that interface ourselves: one contractor, one submittal register, one point of accountability from the sensor on the machine to the screen in the control room.

Between us we have worked both sides of the contract — terminal-scale ELV construction delivery, and giga-project client-side commercial control. We know what gets a submittal returned and what gets a payment application rejected, because we have issued both.

SYNFRA is 100% Saudi-owned. What we commit to is scope we can staff, programme dates we can hold, and documentation that does not come back.

Technical direction

More than twenty years of electrical, ELV and building-systems delivery across the GCC and beyond, with particular depth in electronic security and access control on airport terminals, government facilities and sports venues. Airport special systems are a core area — terminal MV, LV and ELV construction on projects exceeding 250,000 m², with interfaces to baggage handling, flight information and passenger screening. In transport infrastructure the same discipline covers highway and tunnel systems and railway signalling coordinated to ERTMS Level 2. Further depth in data centre delivery and in controls and automation: SCADA, BMS, IoT instrumentation, metering and EV charging.

Experience is described by sector, scale and function. References are provided at prequalification.

Live electrical work is permitted only under written permit with isolation verified by a second competent person.

First notification to the main contractor within 1 hour. Written preliminary report within 24 hours. Root cause analysis and corrective action within 7 days. Near-misses recorded on the same register as incidents.

Inspection and test plans

One ITP per system, agreed with the consultant before first fix. Hold points are not passed on verbal approval. Test records are signed at the point of test, not compiled retrospectively at handover.
