How we work
The commitments below are the positions we hold in a contract negotiation. We price against scope we have read and commit to it before award, not after.
From site walk to handover
Site survey
We walk the asset with the operator, photograph every panel and list what already reports, what could, and what must not be touched.
Scope and single-line
A written scope with device schedule, network topology and an interface register. Nothing is priced that was not read.
Installation and integration
Field devices, containment, networks and gateways installed by our own crews; existing PLCs, meters and BMS integrated over their native protocols.
Commissioning and witnessed testing
One ITP per system, hold points signed at the point of test, dashboards proven against real equipment before handover.
Operation and support
Named callout contact through the defects liability period; optional operation and analytics support after it.
What we commit to in the contract
- Package scope
- We take MEP, ELV and systems packages sized to what we can resource and supervise directly. Where a package falls outside that, we say so at tender rather than after award.
- Single point
- One named project manager holds technical, programme and commercial responsibility for the package. You do not chase separate disciplines through separate people.
- Submittals
- Submittal turnaround is offered as a contractual obligation, with a weekly submittal register issued to your document controller in your own format.
- Interfaces
- MEP, ELV and systems interfaces are resolved inside our scope. Interfaces to civil, façade and fit-out are logged in a shared register with owner and date against each item.
- Defect liability
- Named callout contact through DLP with a 48-hour attendance commitment for life-safety systems, 5 working days for all other systems.
- Data ownership
- Platforms are hosted in Saudi cloud regions or on the owner’s servers. The owner holds the data, the credentials and the source; SYNFRA can be replaced without losing the system.
Tell us which site keeps you awake.
Send the name of the factory or building and what you want to see on the screen. An engineer replies within one working day with a first view on scope, and books the free site visit.
- No obligation
- Saudi company, Saudi data
- Engineers, not a call centre
