Industrial plants and factories
Private-sector factories in the industrial cities — instrumented for uptime, energy and traceability.
The factories in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail and Yanbu run on equipment that is often decades apart in age. Plant-floor transformation there is not a software licence; it is sensors on the old machines, a network that reaches across the shed, and a screen the production manager trusts.
What we usually find on site
- Breakdowns found by the noise, not by the data
- Energy cost known per month, not per line
- PLCs from four vendors that do not talk to each other
- Production and maintenance records kept on paper
What we put in place
Condition monitoring on the rotating equipment that stops production, per-line energy metering, OEE and downtime capture from the existing PLCs, and an on-premise or Saudi-cloud platform that connects to the ERP the factory already runs. Field installation is done in shutdown windows agreed with production.
Tell us which site keeps you awake.
Send the name of the factory or building and what you want to see on the screen. An engineer replies within one working day with a first view on scope, and books the free site visit.
- No obligation
- Saudi company, Saudi data
- Engineers, not a call centre
